本文对久居高原不同适应水平群体的Ｘ线、心电图、闭合气量改变进行了观测。受试者５２人。以慢性适应期高原低氧反应症状学表现划分适应良好和适应不良两个群体。结果表：根据高原低氧反应临床症状、Ｘ线肺动脉段突度参数改变、心电图、异常改变、闭合气量改变分析表明，肺动脉段突反１～２ｍｍ区间内，同时在在上述改变的适应不良群体个体发生率为１５．８％，而在肺动脉段突度３～８ｍｍ区间内则为６５．２％（≥９ｍｍ区间观察例数有限）。表明进一步探讨上述改变之间的内涵，将有助于对适应能力或适应水平做出客观的制定，是一项有意义的工作。 In this paper, X-ray, electrocardiogram, and closed-air volume changes of different adaptation groups living in the plateau were observed. It shows that further exploring the connotation of the above changes will help to make an objective formulation of the adaptability or adaptation level. It is a meaningful task.
