目的研究并建立负压救护车排风净化装置病毒气溶胶泄露检测方法,对该排风净化装置的病毒气溶胶过滤效率进行测试评价。方法采用人工气溶胶和空气微生物采样器采样方法,对负压救护车排风净化装置过滤粘质沙雷菌噬菌体SM702气溶胶的效率进行了评价。结果用DV40气溶胶发生器发生噬菌体病毒气溶胶,发生器流量为10 L/m in,噬菌体SM702气溶胶空气动力学数量中值直径为0.744μm。在该排风净化装置过滤前噬菌体气溶胶的浓度>107pfu/m3,过滤后测试该排风净化装置对病毒气溶胶过滤效率>99.99%。结论利用建立的负压救护车排风净化装置病毒气溶胶过滤效率测试方法,可以对排风净化装置对病毒气溶胶的过滤效率进行测试评价。
Objective To study and establish a virus aerosol leak detection method for the negative pressure ambulance exhaust air purification device, and test and evaluate the virus aerosol filtration efficiency of the exhaust air purification device. Methods The artificial aerosol and air sampler sampling method was used to evaluate the efficiency of filtering aerosol of Serratia marcescens phage SM702 in the exhaust air purification device of negative pressure ambulance. Results Phage virus aerosols were generated with the DV40 aerosol generator at a generator flow rate of 10 L / min and phage SM702 aerosol aerosol number median diameter of 0.744 μm. The bacteriophage aerosol concentration was> 107pfu / m3 before filtering by the exhaust purifying device, and the filtration efficiency of the exhaust purifying device on virus aerosol was tested to be> 99.99%. Conclusion Using the established method of virus aerosol filtration efficiency testing of the exhaust air purification device of the negative pressure ambulance, the filtration efficiency of the aerosol purification device can be tested and evaluated.
