一些大公司招聘人才时,十分注重人才的团队精神,他们认为一个人是否能和人相处和相互协作,要比他个人的能力重要得多。美国有一项调查表明:96%的决策由团队作出,而个人作出决策的只占26%。 当然对于工作而言,合作的基础是相互的知识,许多公司在安排工作任务时,也把知识和能力的互补作为首选。但做好一个“拍档”还有更重要的,那就是精神综合状态,如果没有这些,那么“拍档”并不能走得很长。
When recruiting talented people, some big companies pay great attention to the team spirit of the talented people. They think it is more important for a person to get along with and co-operate with each other than his personal abilities. A survey in the United States shows that 96% of the decisions are made by the team, while only 26% of the individuals make decisions. Of course, for work, cooperation is based on mutual knowledge. Many companies also give priority to the complementarity of knowledge and ability when arranging their work tasks.
