妊娠合并症是产科临床上时常面临的问题,而其中又以妊娠合并糖尿病和高血压疾病为主,严重威胁孕产妇、胎儿、新生儿的生命安全和健康。近年来的多项研究更提示,妊娠合并糖尿病和高血压疾病可影响子代远期的健康,如成年期肥胖、2型糖尿病、高血压等,国内外学者倾向于认为此现象为“胎源性疾病”。但目前关于妊娠合并症对子代远期健康影响的研究还很缺乏,中国更是处于研究的初始阶段。综合近几年国内外的相关研究报道,综述此领域的最新进展。

Based on the related research reports both at home and abroad in recent years, the latest developments in this field are summarized.
