本文应用抗表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）多克隆抗体，采用S－P免疫组化方法，对10例正常口腔粘膜组织，20例上皮单纯增生性白斑，14例上皮异常增生性白斑，21例口腔鳞癌组织进行研究。结果提示，口腔白斑组织中EGFR的异常表达与口腔白斑上皮异常增和癌变有关，作者认为EGFR的异常表达可能是口腔白斑恶变的较好的标志。
In this paper, polyclonal antibodies against epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) were used in this study. Ten cases of normal oral mucosa, 20 cases of epithelial hyperplastic leukoplakia, 14 cases of epithelial dysplasia, Oral squamous cell carcinoma research. The results suggest that abnormal expression of EGFR in oral leukoplakia and oral leukoplakia abnormal increase and cancer, the author believes that the abnormal expression of EGFR may be a good marker of oral malignant transformation.
