对硅太阳能电池生产过程中各生产单元的生产性毒物进行识别与分析,并提出有针对性的防治对策。采用职业卫生学现场调查、职业卫生监测、风险评估和重大危险源辨识等方法。结果表明硅太阳能电池生产企业存在硝酸、氢氟酸、硫酸、盐酸、氢氧化钠、氯、三氯氧磷、氨、硅烷和铅等多种有毒、可燃及腐蚀性物质等潜在急性中毒风险,应加强关键环节的职业病危害防治和应急救援。
