横向自然风对逆流式自然通风冷却塔内流动的影响,目前尚无明确的分析与结论。本文在紧凑的双层循环水槽上进行冷态水模试验研究,通过彩液法显示流动,用粘性剪切诱导涡、紊动射流概念分析流动特征,并在此基础上提出了斜坡巡行走道、“十”字形导风墙等避免自然风不良影响以改善塔内流动的措施,经试验证明是有效的。
The effect of transverse natural wind on the flow inside a counterflow natural draft cooling tower is not clear. In this paper, cold water model test is carried out on a compact double-layer circulation tank, the flow is displayed by the color liquid method, the flow characteristics are analyzed by viscous shear-induced vortex and turbulent jet flow, and on this basis, The measures of avoiding the adverse influence of natural wind and improving the flow inside the tower, such as the “z” -shaped wind guide wall, have been proved to be effective through experiments.
