本实验取家兔 80只 ,雌雄各半 ,制备骨折模型后 ,按体重随机分为 5组 ,给药组内服接骨灵 (分高、中、低剂量组 )、伤科接骨片 ;空白对照组不用任何药物。骨折后 2 w、4 w、6w分别经耳缘静脉采血 ,行血清碱性磷酸酶、血钙及血磷含量检查 ,观察其对骨折愈合的影响。实验结果提示 :接骨灵能够增加血清磷酸酶的活性 ,降低血钙 ,升高血磷和钙磷乘积 ,从而说明其具有促进骨折愈合的作用。
In this experiment, 80 rabbits were divided into males and females. After the fracture model was prepared, they were randomly divided into 5 groups according to the body weight. The administration group received oral Guguling (high, medium and low dose groups) and Shangke Jiegu tablets; the blank control group. Without any medication. Blood was collected from the marginal ear vein at 2 w, 4 w and 6 w after fracture, and serum alkaline phosphatase, serum calcium, and serum phosphorus levels were examined to observe its effect on fracture healing. The experimental results suggest that: Jieguling can increase the activity of serum phosphatase, reduce blood calcium, increase serum phosphorus and calcium and phosphorus product, indicating that it has the effect of promoting fracture healing.
