Sometimes the patient needs lip implants to improve denture retention. This article provides a modified Kazanjian's lip forectoplasty. Surgical procedures with both hands palpation, full-mouth photography, lateral photography, to determine the extent of the vestibule can stretch. Excess soft tissue and sharp alveolar bone edges are removed 1-2 months prior to posterior chamber arthroplasty, and a small excess of soft tissue and irregular bone mass can be trimmed in a vestibular surgery. The required amount of lip mucosa is about 1 (1/2) times the depth of the vestibule to be increased, after a local block anesthesia, with a sharp instrument in the midline
