油田勘探开发中后期,天然气做为一种主要的自产消耗能源,节能潜力和空间较大。九十年代前安装使用的高耗能燃气加热炉在加热炉系统中所占比重过大以及节能更新改造资金紧张成为加热炉系统效率提升的瓶颈,如何有效利用节能新设备的先进安全性能做好在油田安全要害部位的风险管理是节能技术推进的先决条件。优选适用于稀油油田区块的COH燃气加热炉,优先改造外输量较大设备安全隐患较多的重点节点部位加热炉,考虑勘探开发中整体工艺改造需求,实现以点带面,以有限节能资金快速有效带动采油厂加热炉系统效率的整体提高。运用HSE管理工具,将COH燃气加热炉的安全性能融入各联合站、采油站,落实风险措施。实现COH原油加热炉在油田节能系统中的综合应用
