新修订的江苏省《餐饮计量规范》4月正式发布实施,其中要求餐饮企业在菜单上除了标明菜点、饮料或食品名称外,还应当标明其主要原料的净含量。也就是说假如是一道宫保鸡丁的菜肴,需要标明里面究竟用了多少鸡丁。但是笔者走访发现,绝大多数餐饮企业对于该规范并不感冒。由于规范为推荐性标准,执法部门也不能据此对违规餐饮企业进行处罚,顶多只能责令其整改。在很多餐饮企业,“模糊菜单”仍在模糊中。
The newly revised “Metering Specification for Food and Beverage” in Jiangsu Province was officially released and implemented in April, in which catering companies are required to indicate the net content of their main raw materials on the menu in addition to the names of the dishes, beverages or foodstuffs. In other words, if it is a Kung pao chicken dishes, need to indicate exactly how many chicken inside. However, I visited the discovery, the vast majority of catering companies for the specification is not a cold. As the norms are recommended standards, law enforcement agencies can not be punished for non-compliance catering companies, at best, can only order rectification. In many restaurants, “Fuzzy Menu ” is still fuzzy.
