目的为消除动物肝脏中铁元素的干扰,准确测定铝含量。方法用GB/T 5009.182-2003铬天青S分光光度法测定动物肝脏中的铝,测定过程加入硫代乙醇酸,消除铁元素的干扰。结果实验中加入硫代乙醇酸可以消除铁的干扰,铝在0.5~5μg范围内方法的标准曲线回归方程为y=0.156x+0.0066,相关系数r=0.9998,相对标准偏差1.3%~2.7%,回收率90.1%~92.5%。结论该法简便,易于操作,结果准确,适合铁含量较高样品的检测。
Objective To eliminate the interference of iron in animal liver, accurately determine the aluminum content. Methods The aluminum in animal liver was determined by GB / T 5009.182-2003 chromazurol S spectrophotometry, and thioglycolic acid was added in the determination process to eliminate the interference of iron. Results The addition of thioglycolic acid in the experiment can eliminate the interference of iron. The standard curve regression equation of the method with the range of 0.5 ~ 5μg of aluminum is y = 0.156x + 0.0066, the correlation coefficient is 0.9998, the relative standard deviation is 1.3% -2.7% The recovery rate of 90.1% ~ 92.5%. Conclusion The method is simple, easy to operate, accurate and suitable for the detection of samples with high iron content.
