[目的]研究3种原料中温干发酵及其动力学。[方法]以造纸厂污泥、菌渣、污水厂污泥为原料,在(35±0.2)℃条件下进行干发酵试验,采用全混合式批量发酵的方法。[结果]造纸厂污泥的产气潜力为111 ml/g(TS)、135 ml/g(VS),菌渣的产气潜力为131 ml/g(TS)、205 ml/g(VS),污水厂污泥的产气潜力为98 ml/g(TS)、108 ml/g(VS)。菌渣、造纸厂污泥、污水厂污泥3种原料的整个厌氧干发酵过程符合一级动力学相关原理,与修正后的Gompertz方程的相关系数分别为0.999 4、0.998 8和0.997 7。[结论]造纸厂污泥和菌渣比污水厂污泥更适合作为厌氧干发酵的原料。改进后的Gompertz方程相较于Logistic方程可以较为真实地反映3种原料干发酵降解的规律。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the warm dry fermentation and its kinetics in three kinds of raw materials. [Method] With the sludge of paper mill, bacteria sludge and sewage sludge as raw materials, the dry fermentation was carried out under the condition of (35 ± 0.2) ℃. The whole mixed batch fermentation was used. [Result] The gas production potential of paper mill sludge was 111 ml / g (TS) and 135 ml / g (VS) , And sewage plants sludge has a production potential of 98 ml / g (TS) and 108 ml / g (VS). The whole anaerobic fermentation process of the three kinds of raw materials, bacteria sludge, paper mill sludge and sewage sludge was consistent with the first order kinetic principle, and the correlation coefficients with the modified Gompertz equation were 0.999 4,0.998 8 and 0.997 7 respectively. [Conclusion] The paper mill sludge and bacteria sludge are more suitable than the sewage sludge as the raw materials for anaerobic dry fermentation. Compared with Logistic equation, the modified Gompertz equation can more accurately reflect the degradation of three kinds of raw materials.
