1引言目前,大型公共建筑缺乏用能数据的监管与信息发布,存在能耗数据统计粗放、管理疏漏、缺乏科学的用能监管与预测等诸多问题。这样就导致大型公共建筑中能耗数据统计准确度不高,加大了政府或机构对其进行节能监管的难度,成为制约公共建筑节能工作推进的主要瓶颈。因此,关于大型公共建筑能源管理的研究显得尤为迫切。我们认为,建筑节能需要采用系统化的分析手段,不仅仅是针对空调、照明及电梯的单项节能,而更应该从各方面监测建筑能耗使用情况,结合每个建筑的能源使用特点,分析建筑总能耗、系统能耗以及能源利用效率等方面,从而挖掘节能潜力,提出有针对性的节能措施和方案。通过能源管理平台,将建筑围
1 Introduction At present, large-scale public buildings lack the supervision and information release of energy-using data, and there are many problems such as extensive statistics of energy consumption data, omission of management and lack of scientific energy consumption regulation and forecasting. As a result, the statistical accuracy of energy consumption data in large-scale public buildings is not high, which increases the difficulty of the government or the organization in supervising energy-saving. It becomes the main bottleneck restricting the energy-saving of public buildings. Therefore, research on energy management of large-scale public buildings is particularly urgent. We believe that building energy efficiency requires systematic analysis. It should not only focus on the individual energy saving of air-conditioners, lighting and elevators, but also monitor the energy consumption of buildings in all aspects. Combining the energy use characteristics of each building, Total energy consumption, system energy consumption and energy efficiency and other aspects, so as to tap the potential of energy saving and put forward targeted energy-saving measures and programs.
