噢,真新鲜!平常吃包子,都是在小店里买,而今天,奶奶要亲手做包子给我们吃。我也跟着奶奶忙上忙下,凑个热闹。奶奶把面粉倒进盆子里,加了一些水,开始和面。我自告奋勇地帮奶奶和面,白白的面粉加了水之后变得黏糊糊的,我的手上沾满了面粉。我用力把面粉揉过来、搓过去,面粉粘在一起,成了一个柔软结实的面团。面粉揉好后,奶奶拿出一张白白净净的纱布盖在装面团的小盆子上,然后又把小盆放进一个装温水的大盆里。奶奶告诉我:“这是为了让面粉发酵(jiào)。”
