目的了解理工类新入学研究生的心理健康状况,为高校开展心理辅导及后续研究提供参考。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对整群抽取的上海理工大学2 505名研究生新生进行调查。结果 4.19%的研究生新生具有中等程度的SCL-90因子症状,具有强迫、人际关系、饮食睡眠和抑郁中等症状的研究生比例较高,均超过1%;性别、独生子女、专业满意度和家庭来源对SCL-90有显著影响;性别和专业满意度、年级和家庭结构、独生子女和家庭来源地、专业满意度和家庭结构均对新入校研究生心理健康水平有交互作用。结论新入学理工类研究生心理状况较为健康,强迫、人际关系、饮食睡眠和抑郁是主要表现问题,部分新生群体需要关注。
Objective To understand the mental health of new graduate students in science and engineering and provide reference for psychological counseling and follow-up in colleges and universities. Methods A total of 2,505 postgraduate freshmen from the Shanghai Polytechnic University were investigated using the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results 4.19% of postgraduates had moderate SCL-90 symptoms, with a high proportion of postgraduates with forced, interpersonal, dietary sleep and moderate depression, both exceeding 1%; sex, only child, professional satisfaction and family origin There was a significant effect on SCL-90; gender and professional satisfaction, grade and family structure, only-child and family origin, professional satisfaction and family structure all had an impact on the mental health level of new postgraduates. Conclusions The psychology of new graduate students in science and engineering is healthier, and coercion, interpersonal relationship, diet, sleep and depression are the main performance problems, and some newborn groups need attention.
