人工流产(以下简称人流)是避孕失败而采取的一项补救措施。“人流”手术质量的高低,直接影响计划生育工作的开展。因此,必须努力提高服务质量。现谈谈我在多年计划生育工作中,对提高“人流”手术质量和处理术中术后流血的体会。 一、提高人流手术质量,须做好五字措施 “人流”手术野不能充分暴露,无法在肉眼直视下施行,而有赖于术者的感觉和判断,技术性较强。因此工作过程中要做到:严字当头,稳字领先,准字定位,轻字着手,好字落实。
