农村幼儿混合班,是满足广大农村幼儿入园的一种重要组织形式。但混合班与单式班相比,有不少特殊性,它能否贯彻幼儿园教育纲要,保证保教质量,就成了大家关心的一个问题。实践证明,提高混合班保教质量的关键在于教师。我市红塔乡田舍村陆凤金老师的混合班,用复式教学的方法,按年龄编组,科学设计日课表,精心组织教材,努力改进教学方法,重視培养小助手,抓好常规训练,教学效果良好。中心小学低年级教师普遍反映,每年来自该村混合
