2010年4月14日7时49分,青海省玉树藏族自治州玉树县突发里氏7.1级地震,造成大量的人员伤亡和巨大的经济财产损失[1],玉树州中心血站业务综合楼顷刻间变成危楼,采供血工作面临瘫痪。面对严峻的现实,玉树地震血液应急保障领导小组在卫生部医政司血液管理处和青海省卫生厅的领导下紧急启动应急跨地域血液联动机制,有效地保证了玉树灾区及省内各灾后救治点的急救用血,现总结如下。
