铁蛋白是一种可溶性储存蛋白.在正常人,血清铁蛋白浓度与体内储铁量相平行.但在某些情况下如恶性肿瘤时血清铁蛋白可不成比例地升高。本文报告我们对原发性肝癌和其他肝病共138例的测定结果,以探讨血清铁蛋白测定对原发性肝癌的诊断意义。
Ferritin is a soluble storage protein, and in normal people, serum ferritin concentration is in parallel with the amount of iron stored in the body, but in some cases, such as malignant tumors, serum ferritin may increase disproportionately. This article reports our findings on 138 cases of primary liver cancer and other liver diseases to investigate the diagnostic value of serum ferritin assay for primary liver cancer.
