数控线切割机床,在模具制造和某些产品的零件加工中,已得到了广泛的应用,并显示出了无可比拟的优越性。目前,在世界上正向着高效率、高精度、高质量、无人化方向发展。但由于我国技术水平有限,制造数控线切割机床,大部分没有自动对准装置,给精度要求很高的回转体零件,以中心为基准的加工带来了很大的困难。为了解决这一难题,我们设计了一付夹具,操作简单,使用方便可靠,用于生产感到满意,现介绍如下。
CNC WEDM, in the mold manufacturing and parts of some products processing, has been widely used, and showed the unparalleled superiority. At present, the world is moving toward high efficiency, high precision, high quality and unmanned direction. However, due to the limited technical level in our country, the manufacturing of CNC wire-cutting machine tools, most of which do not have automatic alignment devices, have brought great difficulties to the center-based machining of the rotary body parts requiring high precision. In order to solve this problem, we designed a pair of fixtures, easy to operate, easy to use and reliable, for production satisfaction, are presented below.
