从二十世纪80年代开始,在企业界和管理思想界,出现了推广和研究学习型组织的热潮,并逐渐风靡全球。在我国建立学习型组织也是管理界和企业界共同的认识和关注的热点。二十一世纪最成功的企业将是具有持续学习能力的学习型企业,企业学习力和竞争力有机结合,从根本上决定了企业的长期竞争优势和持续发展。在新形势下,谁能迅速提高本企业的学习力和竞争力,谁就赢得发展的主动权,就会在市场竞争中超越对手并长期保持发展的领先优势。
