职业接触二甲基甲酰胺(DM F)可通过呼吸道、皮肤和消化道进入体内从而引发各类急、慢性中毒,中毒过程复杂。目前研究结果对D M F的具体中毒机制尚不明确,当前的研究主要集中在分子生物学方面的各种代谢产物、生物酶和遗传物质,通过比较现有的先进仪器和简单快捷的检测生物标志物的方法 ,寻找到合适的目标物和方法 ,为职业接触工人提供筛查标准,可以为预防控制职业中毒提供依据。
