本文总结了70年代中期作者设计和研究的JZQ-7型永磁式激振器多年来在全国各单位的使用情况,叙述了现代结构动态试验对激振设备所提出的新的要求。根据这些情况和要求,作者提出了关于激振器的新的设计原则和指导思想。据此,运用动态设计的方法研制了WFB-1型宽频带激振器,同时还专门研制了一台高可靠性的WFP-1型全晶体管功率放大器,与之配套。通过研制,校测和初步使用证明:这套激振装置性能指标达到设计要求,使用频率范围达到10KHZ以上,能用定电流和定电压两种方式输出,激振力谐波失真小,安装使用方便,是现代结构动态试验较好的人工振动源。
This paper summarizes the use of JZQ-7 permanent magnet exciter designed and researched by the author in the mid-1970s for many years across the country and describes the new requirements of the modern structural dynamic test for exciting equipment. According to these conditions and requirements, the author put forward new design principles and guidelines for exciter. Based on this, WFB-1 broadband vibration exciter was developed by using dynamic design method, and a high reliability WFP-1 all-transistor power amplifier was also developed.
