目的观察一氧化氮能(NO-ergic)神经元在大鼠肛管直肠壁的分布。方法用Wistar成年大鼠,取肛管直肠1.5cm长。剥离粘膜,将直肠肌层进行一氧化氮合酶(NOsynthase,NOS)组织化学染色(NADPH-diaphorase,NADPH-d)。结果距动物肛门0.5cm的直肠肛管肌层存在一定数目的NOS阳性神经元,和与血管伴行的NO能神经纤维,而结肠的远侧段(直肠肛管的吻侧)存在由神经节和神经纤维构成的规则的像蜂房样的典型的肠神经丛。结论在直肠肛管的NO能神经元分布呈现两型区带,即近侧部的规则网状区和远侧部的不规则散在区。
Objective To observe the distribution of nitric oxide (NO-ergic) neurons in the anorectal wall of rats. Methods Wistar adult rats, anal rectum 1.5cm long. The mucosa was dissected, and the myometrium was subjected to NADPH-diaphorase (NADPH-d) staining. Results There was a certain number of NOS-positive neurons in the rectum anal canal muscle layer 0.5cm away from the anal anus, and NO nerve fibers accompanying the blood vessels. However, the distal segment of the colon (the anorectal side of the rectum anal canal) The regular and honeycomb-like typical enteric plexus constituted by nodules and nerve fibers. Conclusions The distribution of NO-positive neurons in the rectum anal canal presents two types of zones, namely the regular reticular zone in the proximal part and the irregularly scattered zone in the distal part.
