当前,社会信息化环境的变化以及军队院校教育调整改革呼唤着军队院校图书馆服务方式的改变,创新发展军队院校图书馆的知识服务是迎接这一挑战的重要举措。为此,军队院校图书馆应紧贴自身实际,从更新知识服务理念、优化知识服务基础条件、创新知识服务方法手段、完善知识服务机制4个方面,积极探索新形势下的知识服务实施对策,推动知识服务又好又快地发展,为院校教学科研、部队军事训练、首长机关决策提供强有力的信息支撑。
