“质量”和“服务”是家电市场永不过时的两大主旋律,似乎抓住了这两样,也就获得了消费者的信赖和忠诚。说起来话虽如此,但在没有最大化、只有更大化的利益和竞争面前,很多本应遵守的质量和服务承诺常常淹没在利欲膨胀、硝烟弥漫的市场中,仅仅成为华美和夸张包装宣传下的牺牲品。转眼间,中国家电行业发展已有数十年,从懵懂走向发展,进而迈入成熟的成长期,无论是在产品质量方面,还是企业服务方面都日益完善。虽然市场发展的大方向是良好的,但仍旧还有许多质量不过关,企图鱼目混珠的产品,市场监管的漏洞,以及恶劣的售后服务现象存在。
“Quality ” and “Service ” are the two main themes of the home appliance market that never get out of date. They seem to seize these two kinds of things and gain the trust and loyalty of consumers. In spite of that, many of the promises of quality and service to be observed in the absence of maximization, only greater benefits and competition, are often submerged in a market of lust for want to expand, and only become a gorgeous and exaggerated package Propaganda victims. An instant, China’s home appliance industry has been developing for decades, from ignorant to development, and then into a mature period of growth, both in product quality, or business services are increasingly perfect. Although the general direction of the development of the market is good, there are still many products that are not of the same quality but are intended as fake products. Market supervision loopholes and poor after-sales service exist.
