精子染色质的包装不同于体细胞,这种结构的特殊性使精子基因组的转录停止,而且修复能力差。精子彗星试验(comet assay)能检测到精子DNA的单双链断裂,目前也广泛应用于各学科领域。本文就这一试验方法的原理及应用作一综述。
Sperm chromatin packaging is different from somatic cells, the specificity of this structure to stop the transcription of sperm genome, and poor repair ability. The sperm comet assay can detect the single-and double-strand breaks of sperm DNA and is also widely used in various disciplines. This article reviews the principle and application of this test method.
