随着全球气候不断变化带给人类社会威胁的不断加大,低碳经济的概念已经被全社会所关注和接受。而建设领域涵盖范围广泛,涉及领域众多,建筑的建设和使用是刚性碳排放的主要来源。为此,住房和城乡建设部副部长仇保兴日前在接受《中国建设报》记者采访时,就如何抑制建筑行业、城市交通和城镇化3大领域的刚性碳排放进行了深度的阐述和剖析。
