据新加坡《联合早报》消息,日本国立癌症研究中心日前调查发现,大量食用肉类和乳制品中含量丰富的饱和脂肪酸,有助于降低脑出血和脑梗塞等风险,但容易引发心肌梗塞。研究认为,要想同时远离上述两种疾病,人们应注意适量食用肉类和乳制品。
According to Singapore’s “Lianhe Zaobao” news, Japan’s National Cancer Institute recently found that a large number of consumption of meat and dairy products rich in saturated fatty acids can help reduce the risk of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction, but easily lead to myocardial infarction. Research suggests that people should pay attention to proper consumption of meat and dairy products in order to stay away from both diseases.
