本文从测量理论与技术的发展出发,简要阐述了测量学科发展中遇到的困难和需求,将传统的测量框架加以拓展,提出了模糊符号化测量的新概念,通过符号系统与符号信息表示的讨论,指出传统测量与模糊符号化测量是对客观世界定量与定性,微观与宏观的两种信息描述方法,它们相互补充,构成了测量学科新的发展趋势。
Based on the development of measurement theory and technology, this paper briefly expounds the difficulties and requirements encountered in the development of measurement science, expands the traditional measurement framework, proposes a new concept of fuzzy symbolization measurement, which is represented by symbolic system and symbolic information It is pointed out that traditional measurement and fuzzy symbolization measurement are two kinds of information description methods of quantitative and qualitative objective, micro and macro.
