患大肠癌的病人为什麼愈来愈多?我国大肠癌患病人数近十几年来确实有明显增加趋势。根据各个国家专家的研究结果,大多数人认为长年的高蛋白、高脂肪和低纤维素饮食习惯有利于大肠癌的发生。当然,也不是说长年的高蛋白、高脂肪和低纤维素饮食习惯都会引发大肠癌。其它相关因素,如多年患溃疡性结肠炎不愈;家族中多人患大肠癌或息肉病;胆囊切除10-20年以上;下腹部放射治疗以后;慢性血吸虫感染等也都与大肠癌发病有关。
Why are there more and more patients with colorectal cancer? The number of patients with colorectal cancer in China has indeed increased significantly in recent decades. According to the findings of various national experts, most people think that long-term high-protein, high-fat, and low-fibre diets are good for colorectal cancer. Of course, it does not mean that long-term high-protein, high-fat and low-fiber diets can cause colorectal cancer. Other related factors, such as years of ulcerative colitis unhealed; many people in the family with colorectal cancer or polyposis; cholecystectomy for more than 10-20 years; after abdominal radiotherapy; chronic schistosomiasis infection are also related to the incidence of colorectal cancer .
