本工作用培养的SD乳鼠心肌细胞,通过细胞计数和~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷参入观察到血管紧张素Ⅱ(AGT-Ⅱ)显著刺激心肌细胞增殖;而Mg~(2+)和牛磺酸有效地抑制AGT-Ⅱ的促细胞增殖效应。
In this study, cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were stimulated with angiotensin II (AGT-II) for a time-dependent increase in cardiomyocyte proliferation by cytometry and ~ 3H-thymidine incorporation. However, Mg 2+ and taurine Effectively inhibit AGT-Ⅱ pro-cell proliferation effect.
