11月24日,山东省政府审改办组织召开研讨会,对省食品药品检验研究院、省水利勘测设计院、省水利科学研究院、省海洋资源与环境研究院、省海洋生物研究院5家事业单位申请3-5年内继续承担涉本部门行政审批相关中介服务进行论证。会上,来自山东大学、山东师范大学、济南大学、省工程咨询院、山东新华制药有限公司和机构编制、人力资源社会保障、民政、法制等部门(单位)的专家,听取了省食品药品监管局、省水利厅、省海洋与渔业厅分管负责同志关于所属事业单位申请过渡期内,继续承担涉本部门行政审批中介服务的依据理由陈述,就相关问题进行了现场提问,研究讨论后分别填写了论证意见。
