对照组的设立方法包括:(1)平行对照试验。即治疗组和对照组同时进行随访观察,比较其最终结果。使治疗组和对照组达到均衡可比的最好办法是事先进行随机化分组,即为随机对照试验,其结果最为可靠。(2)交叉对照试验。即第一研究对象依次接受2种(或以上)的措施(包括治疗组和对照组措施),比较其结果,从而评定治疗的效果。为避免治疗次序对疗效评定的影响,可将研究对象随机分配至治疗次序不同而内容相同
