算计机辅助转炉吹炼计划系统的开发工作始于1979年并于1980年3月投入运行。方案的主要目的是近似连续地向酸厂提供高浓度的二氧化硫烟气,其办法是联合操作2台或3台转炉,充分利用其吹炼过程并减少转炉运转和单台转炉运转的时间。控制工作足在能总观整个转炉工作区处于关键位置的控制室中进行的。提供有价值数据的微型计算机在萤光屏上连续显示转炉运行情况的图象,打印出全面的生产报表、显示一班中瞬时佳产率情况并且提出转炉联合操作的最佳方案建议。目前,2台及3台转炉的吹炼时间增加了27.4%,反射炉、转炉的生产率提高了9%,酸厂的产量因烟气中二氧化硫浓度增加了33.7%而增加了43.75%。
Computer-aided converter blowing system planning and development work began in 1979 and put into operation in March 1980. The main objective of the program is to provide continuous near-high soot flue gas to the acid plant by operating two or three converters in combination to take full advantage of the blowing process and reduce the time required for converter operation and single converter operation. The control work is performed in a control room where the entire converter work area is at a critical point. Microcomputers that provide valuable data continuously display images of converter operation on a luminescent screen, print out a comprehensive production report, show a class of instantaneous good yields and suggest the best solution for combined converter operation. At present, the blowing time of 2 and 3 converters increased by 27.4%, the productivity of reverberatory furnace and converter increased by 9%, and the output of acid plant increased by 43.75% due to the increase of sulfur dioxide concentration in flue gas by 33.7%.
