~(99m)Tc标记的胶体类物质被广泛用于肝脏、脾脏、骨髓显像、检测消化道出血和上消化道动力学研究等。作者摸索标记化合物的组分、各成分之间的配比、溶液pH等条件,试以国产原料研制出一步法~(99m)Tc亚锡胶体冻干药盒。每瓶药盒含氟化钠5mg、氯化亚锡0.25mg、pH6.4。药盒标记方法简便,直接注入TcO_4溶液2—4ml即可使用,免除了以往标记硫胶体的多步程序与加热过程。药盒标记率以醋酸纤维薄膜上行层析测定,10min内即可取得结果。电镜下观察并测量得胶体颗粒的直径在400一750μm,平均约570μm。动物实验(大白鼠体内分布和家兔全身显像)显示该直径范围内的颗粒被单核巨噬系统细胞所吞噬,因而能用于显
~ (99m) Tc labeled colloidal substances are widely used in liver, spleen, bone marrow imaging, detection of gastrointestinal bleeding and upper gastrointestinal kinetics. The authors explored the composition of the labeled compound, the ratio between the components, the pH of the solution and other conditions. The one-step (99m) Tc colloidal lyophilized kit was developed from domestic raw materials. Each bottle contains sodium fluoride 5mg, stannous chloride 0.25mg, pH6.4. The labeling method of the kit is simple and convenient, directly injecting 2-4ml of TcO_4 solution can be used, eliminating the multi-step procedure and heating process of marking the sulfur colloids in the past. The labeling rate of the kit is determined by acetate film upstream chromatography, and the result can be obtained in 10 minutes. Observed and measured by electron microscopy colloidal particles in the diameter of 400 a 750μm, an average of about 570μm.
