North Kalgoorlie Mining Company (NKM), operating in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder-Golden region of Western Australia, operates several underground mines and a few small opencast mines with an annual output of 600,000 tonnes of ore and 135,000 ounces of gold. The company plans to merge the mines into an open-pit mine with an annual output of 1 million tons of ore, and named it the open-pit mine in Da-pit with 8 million tons of ore and 5 grams of gold per tonne. In order to ensure the long-term continuity of production, we continue to drill and pit underground in the open air production. The main underground works include a main ramp, a central elevation and some horizontal roadway.
