沙门氏菌属食物中毒是最常见的细菌性食物中毒之一。其中最常引起食物中毒的沙门氏菌有鼠伤寒、猪霍乱、肠炎、纽波特等沙门氏菌。由鸭沙门氏菌引起的食物中毒较为少见。
Salmonella food poisoning is one of the most common bacterial food poisoning. Salmonella typhimurium, swine cholera, enteritis and Newport are the most common cause of food poisoning. Food poisoning caused by Salmonella typhi is less common.
