随着课程改革的全面推进和深入,“教师即课程”、教师的专业发展是课程改革的根本保障的理念逐渐深入人心。基于对教师专业成长的迫切要求和关注,教师成长档案袋也正在全国的中小学校不断实践、创新。2006年7月教育科学出版社出版了上海市教育科学研究院教师发展研究中心胡庆芳博士和宝山区教师进修学院及基地学校一起合作的成果《捕捉教师智慧:教师成长档案袋》,给我们展现了教师成长档案袋全景式的时代背景,充分挖掘了其意义与功能,简明演示了其制作流程,高度概括了其变迁历程,实例诠释了信息解读的技术与策略,最后原生态地汇聚了草根实践的经验和感悟。
With the overall advancement and deepening of the curriculum reform, the concept of “teachers as a curriculum” and teachers’ professional development is the fundamental guarantee for curriculum reform. Based on the urgent requirements and concerns for the professional development of teachers, the teacher growth portfolio is also being continuously practiced and innovated in primary and secondary schools across the country. In July 2006, Education Science Press published the results of “College’s Wisdom: Teacher Development Portfolio” with the cooperation of Dr. Hu Qingfang, the Teacher Development Research Center of the Shanghai Academy of Education Sciences, and Baoshan District Teachers’ Training College and Base School. The panorama background of the teacher’s portfolio portfolio has fully explored its meaning and function, concisely demonstrates its production process, highly summarizes its transition course, examples illustrate the technology and tactics of information interpretation, and finally brings together the grassroots practice Experience and sentiment.
