互联网产业,是指以互联网为依托,以信息技术为主要支撑的现代服务业。我国法律对互联网服务业务有着严格界定,按照服务内容类别的法律分类,可分为时政类新闻信息服务以及非时政类资讯服务。非时政类资讯行业作为互联网线上传播平台,已经迅速发展为一个成熟的互联网信息服务行业。但由于缺少主管部门和专项法规的管理与约束,非时政类资讯行业快速发展的同时也暴露出了种种问题。本文从非时政类资讯行业的发展背景、发展现状、法律环境、运营情况、存在问题等多个方面进行了深入的分析和探讨,同时也从法律的角度对规范当前非时政类资讯行业的发展提出了建议。
Internet industry refers to the modern service industry based on the Internet and based on information technology. China’s law has a strict definition of Internet service business. According to the legal category of service content category, it can be divided into current affairs news information service and non-political information service. As a platform for Internet online dissemination, non-government information industry has rapidly developed into a mature Internet information service industry. However, due to the lack of management and discipline of competent departments and special laws and regulations, the rapid development of the non-political information industry has also exposed various problems. This paper analyzes and discusses in depth the development background, development status, legal environment, operation conditions and existing problems of non-government information industry. At the same time, it also regulates the development of current non-government information industry give suggestions.
