本文介绍在样品数量极少、晶粒极细和存在有织构状态等三种特殊条件下的X射线衍射定量相分析的实验方法。使用撒样法测定了从一种合金提取的10毫克左右粉末样品中σ相的含量;通过对V-57合金中强化相γ′衍射积分强度与晶粒度关系的研究,测定了晶粒大小为140埃和70埃时该相在合金中的含量;采用修正法将反射法的测量角度扩大到φ=75°,测定了各种不同成分和形变量的冷轧Fe-Mn-Al板材中的马氏体相含量。
This paper presents an experimental method for the quantitative phase analysis of X-ray diffraction in three special conditions: sample size is very small, the grain is very thin and there is a textured state. The content of σ phase in a sample of about 10 mg extracted from an alloy was determined by the sprinkling method. The relationship between the diffraction intensity and the grain size of γ ’diffraction in the strengthening phase of V-57 alloy was studied. 140 Angstroms and 70 Angstroms. The modified method was used to enlarge the measuring angle of reflection method to φ = 75 °. The cold-rolled Fe-Mn-Al sheets with different compositions and deformations were measured Of the martensite phase content.
