本文报道剥粒菠萝的苗端和腋芽培养的结果。 1、描述苗端和腋芽在MS基本培养基添加不同激素水平的培养配方中芽的诱导发生,及不同配方对芽诱导的影响。三月份的外植体培养时芽诱导率高于一、五、六月份的。 2、将芽分离或纵切培养30~50天,每块材料可增殖或继代繁殖出许多的芽。液体培养比固态培养芽增殖高三倍以上。 3、激素对芽的增殖是有明显的作用。其中以MS + 6-BA(1- 3ppm)+NAA(0.5-1ppm)为好。MS(大量元素减半)+IBA(5或7ppm)则对壮苗和生根有明显的促进作用。 4、有根的试管植株或无根健壮的苗和发根素配合,移栽后管理适当,均可成活。
This article reports the results of nursery tips and axillary buds from peeled pineapple. 1. Liquid culture is more than three times more efficient than solid culture bud proliferation. 3, hormones bud proliferation is a significant role. MS (large number of elements reduced by half) + IBA (5 or 7ppm) on the strong seedling and rooting had a significant role in promoting. 4, rooted test-tube plant or root-free robust seedling and hair root with the appropriate management after transplanting, can survive.
