初涉职场的大学生,抵御各种职场风险的能力比较差,再加上“职场流行病”的蔓延,让很多辨别是非能力差的大学生误认为其是职场的主流,因而盲目跟风。在此,笔者将现阶段“职场流行病”的特征、表现形式和应对方法等总结归纳一下,以帮助初涉职场的大学生增强“免疫力”,顺利地迈出职场人生的第一步。 Students who initially dealt with the job market are not able to withstand various workplace risks. In addition, the spread of the “epidemic of workplace diseases” has led many students who identify poorly-disabled students to mistakenly believe that they are the mainstream of their workplaces and blindly follow the trend. Here, the author summarizes the characteristics, manifestations and coping methods of the “epidemic of workplace diseases” at the present stage to help college students who initially participate in the workplace enhance the “immunity” and successfully take the first step toward workplace life.
