为了揭示内蒙古白绒山羊抓绒性状的遗传规律,试验收集了内蒙古白绒山羊种羊场2008——2011年7 577只内蒙古白绒山羊产绒量、体重、毛细、毛长、绒细和绒长六个抓绒性状的生产性能记录,采用WOMBAT软件的AIREML算法进行遗传参数估计。结果表明:内蒙古白绒山羊产绒量和绒细的遗传力分别为0.34和0.32,属于高遗传力;体重、毛细、毛长和绒长的遗传力分别为0.11,0.23,0.29和0.17,属于中等遗传力;产绒量、体重、毛细、毛长、绒细、绒长的遗传相关在-0.52~0.37之间,表型相关在-0.20~0.21之间。产绒量的遗传进展总体上呈上升趋势,而其他抓绒性状的遗传趋势没有明显的规律。
In order to reveal the genetic law of fleece fleece traits in Inner Mongolia White Cashmere goats, the cashmere weight, body weight, capillary length, fleece length, cashmere fleece and velveteen of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats were collected from 7 577 cashmere goats in Inner Mongolia from 2008 to 2011 Long six fleece traits production performance records, use WEMBAT AIREML algorithm for genetic parameter estimation. The results showed that the heritabilities of cashmere and cashmere fine of Inner Mongolia cashmere goat were 0.34 and 0.32, respectively, which were high heritability. Heritabilities of body weight, capillary, length and cashmere length were 0.11, 0.23, 0.29 and 0.17, respectively, belonging to Moderate heritability; the amount of cashmere, body weight, capillary, hair length, velvet fine, cashmere long genetic correlation between -0.52 ~ 0.37, phenotypic correlation between -0.20 ~ 0.21. The genetic progress of cashmere yield generally showed an upward trend, while the genetic trend of other cashmere traits showed no obvious regularity.
