天津市亚安科技股份有限公司(以下简称亚安)是从事视频图像分析处理、目标跟踪定位及提供整套解决方案的国家高新技术企业。该公司拥有业内领先的自主核心技术和可持续发展的研发能力,志做“中国籍的世界知名安防企业”。在亚安的11年里,武付军与研发团队共同打造的研发管理体系沿用至今,由他培养出的数十名技术开发和项目管理骨干人员一直活跃在亚安的各个岗位,2014年面对着安防市场不可规避的价格战,武付军带领团队给转型之下的亚安打响了第一枪,接下来他又将支配自己的“左右手”开启亚安云台化行业应用的新征程。本期《安防经理人》采访了天津市亚安科技股份有限公司副总经理武付军,听听他将如何减小价格战给转型中的亚安带来的挫伤。
