前言为了提高发动机另件的淬火质量,确保发动机的可靠性。我厂1983年与602所合作研制成功了“碳分子筛富氮净化法制备氮基保护气的工业装置”;1985年我厂又研制成功了“氮基气氛网带式光亮淬火炉。”于1983年9月和1985年9月分别通过了部级鉴定和全国热处理学会鉴定。与会代表对这两项成果给予了充分肯定和较高评价。为了交流探讨,我们从氮基气氛的选择与制备方法,网带式光亮淬火炉和氮基光亮淬火工艺三方面加以介绍。一、选择氮基保护气氛及制备方法 1.氮基气氛的优越性 (1)原料主要是空气。 (2)节约能源,用有机液制备气氛,
