建筑业是我国的支柱产业之一,近年来在国家宏观调控的形势下,尤其是四万亿投资的拉动下,建筑企业的增长速度很快,成为拉动国民经济快速增长的重要力量。但同时也应看到,当前形势下我国建筑企业市场化进程的加快和行业的不断发展壮大,导致建筑市场供求关系失衡,竞争加剧,行业利润空间越来越小。加强建筑企业的财务管控可以及时发现企业发展中的问题,针对生产经营中的薄弱环节堵塞漏洞、降低经营成本与费用,提升企业运营水平和管控能力,增强企业的综合竞争力,实现企业健康可持续发展。
