藻酸双酯钠(多糖硫酸酯,polysaccharide sul-fate,PSS)是一种新型类肝素药物,具有抗凝血、降低血粘度、降低血脂以及改善微循环的作用。其不良反应有发热、肝功能异常、过敏反应、消化道症状和肌肉关节疼痛等。但引起脱发,笔者尚未见报道,为引起临床注意,现将我院1987年6月～1990年12月应用PSS治疗126例中发生脱发的12例报道如下。临床资料男7例,女5例。年龄58～72岁,平均64±4岁。其中脑血栓形成1例,高粘血症3例,冠心病2例,高脂血症3例,高血压病3例。均无药
Sodium alginate (polysaccharide sul-fate, PSS) is a novel heparinoid drug that has anticoagulant effects, reduces blood viscosity, reduces blood fat, and improves microcirculation. The adverse reactions are fever, liver dysfunction, allergic reactions, gastrointestinal symptoms and muscle and joint pain. But cause hair loss, the author has not yet been reported, in order to attract clinical attention, now in our hospital in June 1987 ~ December 1990 PSS treatment of 126 cases of hair loss in 12 cases reported below. Clinical data of 7 males and 5 females. Age 58 to 72 years, mean 64 ± 4 years. Including cerebral thrombosis in 1 case, hyperviscosity in 3 cases, 2 cases of coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia in 3 cases, 3 cases of hypertension. No medicine
