一 课程顶替和学分互换问题,是我国电大现行教学管理体制的必然产物。它的出现,主要有以下几种原因: (一)现行的学年学分制。半年学分制与传统的学年制有着很大的不同,它同时具备学分制灵活性强,便于因材施教等优越性。这种制度既鼓励能力强的受教育者提前毕业,也允许未能如期完成学业的学生延长学习时间。中央电大曾作过规定,学生在电大取得的学分三届内有效。学分既然具有一定的客观标准,且在一定时期内有效,这就决定了各年级、各专业之间相应课程的学分可以互相交换,从而使学生免修或重修课程成为可能。也就是说,电大教学管理中执行的学年学分制是课程顶替和学分
The replacement of a course and the exchange of credits is an inevitable outcome of the current teaching management system of TVU in China. Its emergence, mainly for the following reasons: (a) the current academic year credit system. Half a year credit system and the traditional school year system is very different, it also has a credit system flexibility, ease of teaching and other advantages. This system not only encourages able-bodied educators to graduate early, but also allows students who fail to complete their studies on schedule to extend their study hours. The Central Radio and Television University has made provisions for students to earn credits within the three major TV universities within three effective. Since credit has certain objective standards and is effective for a certain period of time, it determines the exchange of credits between the corresponding courses in all grades and professions so as to make it possible for students to refrain from or refute their courses.
